For most of my life, I believed the answer was simple...
Work harder.
And I did.
I've never been afraid of hard work.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something.
Hard work was never my problem.
I just started asking if it was building the life I wanted
You can work incredibly hard...
And still feel like you're running in place.
Sometimes it isn't about working more hours.
Sometimes it's about asking whether the effort you're pouring in is actually taking you where you want to go.
That was a turning point for me.
It made me realize I didn't need to become someone different.
I needed a different vehicle to help me get where I wanted to go.
That one realization changed everything.
Have you ever reached a point where you realized it wasn't your effort that needed to change...
It was where you were investing it?
