The help we give.

"There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up". I forget who said that, but I remembered it most of my life. It does feel good does it not? You see a person that just needs help, and you do not even think about it, but you go over and help. Sometimes the person just keeps their head down on the task at hand, because they are embarrassed, or ashamed, and although your heart is breaking for this person, you might say nothing at all as well. Giving a little dignity back to the person needing help. And as you walk away when you are finished, your soul swells inside of you and makes you feel worthy for just a little while.
