CHOBANI Yogurt

Chobani is facing a class-action lawsuit after independent testing found harmful endocrine disruptors in its yogurt. These chemicals have been linked to hormone-related cancers and other serious health risks. With many people trusting the safety of their food, these revelations have raised serious concerns about the ingredients they consume daily.
While yogurt is often seen as a healthy choice, it’s important to remember that not all products marketed as “healthy” are free of harmful substances. This lawsuit serves as a reminder to always check ingredient lists and to support companies that prioritize transparency and quality. Your health matters, and making informed decisions is a step toward ensuring your wellness.
As consumers, we must advocate for our own health and safety. Support brands that align with your values and focus on natural, wholesome ingredients. Being mindful of what we put into our bodies is essential for long-term well-being. 🧘‍♀️⚖️

BLACK JACK

Black Jack, the iconic horse that carried John F. Kennedy's casket, holds a cherished place in American history. Born on January 19, 1947, Black Jack was a coal black horse named after General John J. "Black Jack" Pershing. Memorable for his fiery spirit and dance moves, he served as the riderless horse with the boots reversed in the stirrups, symbolizing a fallen leader looking back at his troops for the last time. Black Jack entered Army service in 1953 and attended over 1,000 military funerals, including those of Presidents Hoover, Kennedy, Johnson, and Gen. Douglas MacArthur. He retired in 1973 and died Feb. 6, 1976, at age 29.
