According to the internet, they should have been falling apart by then.
Instead, over 90% said they felt healthier than before.
Many reported better energy, calmer digestion, improved blood sugar markers, lower triglycerides, and fewer medications after working with their healthcare team.
Average BMI also moved from the overweight range into the normal range.
That’s not a handful of influencers.
That’s over 2,000 real people sharing what happened when they stopped living on ultra-processed food and built meals around meat, eggs, and animal fats.
You don’t have to agree with carnivore.
But pretending these results don’t exist because they don’t fit the usual story isn’t science.

In Spokane and other conservative-leaning areas, fires are burning in ways that refuse to follow the rules of ordinary wildfire.
