You know I don’t know what is the matter with me but, I just made homemade mayonnaise!! WOW!! What a difference and so so easy to make. 😋😋 I won’t but the crap in the store again. I had to pay more for the brand that doesn’t have any poison in it. I’m glad I tried this Here’s the recipe very easy. Homemade mayonnaise
1 cup oil(room temp neutral oil if using evoo use a light one)
1 (room temp)egg
1tablespoon lemon juice
1tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste if that’s your thing.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or I used a mason jar and used an immersion blender starting on bottom and slowly pulling it up.
There You go that’s it! Customize your own flavors make the ones in the store flavors. Enjoy!!😊
