Eating only fatty meat and eggs has resolved many health issues, including sleep apnea, pre-diabetes, and high blood pressure. I’ve transitioned into more keto than carnivore now for my maintenance phase, but I was strict carnivore for the duration of my weight loss until I got to my goal. If I can do it, anyone can.
