Every time I mention the rebuilding of the third temple, I get flooded with comments by other Christian’s saying:
“Sacrifices aren’t needed.”
“Jesus was the final sacrifice.”
“We are the temple now.w”
And look, theologically, that's absolutely true! But you are arguing the wrong point. The Third Temple is not being rebuilt for Christians; it’s not about validating Christianity, it’s not about replacing Jesus; it’s about a Jewish system that does not accept Jesus as Messiah.
From their perspective: The Messiah has not come; the temple and sacrifices are required; and worship must be restored. When you comment, “There’s no need for that,” you’re making a Christian doctrinal statement about a Jewish prophetic movement. Two completely different frameworks.
