• a pitmaster checking brisket at 3AM with a flashlight
• somebody’s grandma making tortillas without measuring a single thing
• a church kitchen feeding half the county after Sunday service
• a tiny roadside stand selling homemade peach cobbler beside the highway
• and one old man guarding his chili recipe like it’s protected by the Texas Rangers 💀
