Everything Is Relationships
The more I observe life, the more I realize that everything is relationships.

We often think of relationships as the people around us from our family, friends, partners, colleagues, and community. Yet I know that relationships extend far beyond human connection. Every day we are in relationship with our body, thoughts, emotions, nervous system, the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe, the Earth beneath our feet, Source and all dimensions and timelines.

We are in relationship with silence and sound, symbols, movement, coherence and stillness, rest and action. Every moment invites us into relationship with life itself.

When something feels uncomfortable, it's natural to want to change it or fix it.

Yet a different question often brings greater awareness. What is my relationship with this? Not how do I escape it or control it. It is how I relate to it?
