The Battles we Fight.

Sometimes, our success is not always achieved by fighting in the ring of fire and life. In some cases, it is achieved by our surrender. A surrender to Grace. A surrender to Hope. A surrender to an unquestioned Faith. Sometimes we must lose to win. Choose your battles wisely. After all, life is not measured by how many times you stood up to fight. It is not winning battles that makes you happy, but it is how many times you turned away and chose to look into a better direction. Life is too short to spend it on warring with the devil constantly. Stop and truly see what exactly you are fighting for before you continue. And then, if you must continue, fight only the most important battles. Let the rest go. No matter what you are going through or what storms you are facing in life, take your position. Never give up. Stand still. Enter God’s restful arms, and see the salvation of the Lord. Quit worrying and trying to figure out everything that is happening around you. Give it unto God. He will carry it. The Lord is not just our problem solver. He is our everything, and we need to relate to Him that way. Remember in your soul that God is always for you. He has a battle plan sure to bring you a breakthrough to your problems, or the battle you are fighting before you even encountered the storms of life. He has already made a way for the breakthrough and victory you need to overcome your advisory. So worship Him until you see it come to pass. Give Him your unconditional Love, and just see how it will change your life. No matter what life throws at you, declare in your soul that you will never surrender until you can rise up from it. Be it depression, lust, addiction, anger, rage, fight it. Give it to the Lord Almighty. Let God fight your battle for you. We are tempted to think we are not doing our part if we do not worry or try to figure out some kind of solution, or battle plan to fight the battle that is waged against us. But, we must resist that temptation because it prevents our deliverance from God rather than aiding it. God just may speak to you by giving you peace deep inside. By giving you a creative idea or battle plan. By calming your troubled emotions, or filling your hearts with the calm assurance that everything is going to be okay in a certain situation, through the arms of our lord Jesus Christ. Turn to Him for the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and see how the battles we fight daily, turn into victories and peace in our souls.
