This case makes the claim that Congress did NOT do their duty. They did not place a 10-day delay on the certification process nor investigate the possibility of election interference. To be very clear, the case in question before SCOTUS is not claiming treason, nor election fraud. It is only claiming the Congress in office at that time, broke the Law (which it did) by not preforming the 10-day review of the election. The consequence of breaking that Law means they possibly allowed a foreign power to have placed a Manchurian Candidate in a position of power over the US Military and the People of the United States, i.e., they did not protect The People and in doing this they were committing Treason against our Nation and the American People.

Well... I got curious cause I haven't heard a whisper about this case in years and I wanted to know what happened...
