Grocery shopping hurt last night. 😐
A chuck roast at about 4 lbs was over $34.00!! It stayed in its refrigerator case. The rest of the shopping was very expensive, and the trunk was a lot less full than it has been in the recent past. Gas is still $3.29, with very short periods of just under $3.00 a gallon.
I'll be seeing my beef farmer soon, but that's not likely to be much less in price. At least it's staying with local farmers.
Things are tough for many right now. At least I can still grocery shop. I help others at the cashiers line when there's an opportunity. God is good, and we will get through all this, I know.
