Been seeing more and more posts about the "Penny" shortage...sounds just like the "coin" shortage during Covid. Businesses are back to the same games as during covid. If you use cash, and the business is short on change, the business MUST round up the change. If you buy something that is $10.49, you hand over $11.00, you should receive .51cents in change. If they are out of pennies, then they MUST round up and give you .55cents. If, after speaking with the management, they still refuse to operate this way, doing nothing ensures they continue. Stay calm, call law enforcement (NOT 911...this is not an emergency) and file a report for taking of property. Let the system handle it...but at least DO SOMETHING! But...don't be a "Karen"...nobody likes a that!🤣
