Homo sapiens are the only species on Earth that cooks their food
—and also the only species
dying in record numbers from cancer,
heart disease, and diabetes.
Dead food doesn’t create life.
If it’s been fried, baked, grilled, or nuked,
it’s not fuel—it’s filler.
No animal cooks its food in nature.
We’re the only ones dumb enough to
destroy nutrients before eating.
Most people die from what they eat
—and still think their habits aren’t the problem.
Your gut was designed for hydration and fiber,
not meat glue, processed sugar and rancid oils.
Acidosis is the root of nearly every disease
—cancer, arthritis, heart failure, autoimmune
all of it starts with an acidic gut.
And what causes it?
Cooked food, meat, dairy, processed junk,
and chemicals.
You’re not unlucky
—you’re just eating like you want to suffer.
You’re made of bio-electricity.
Cooked food has no electricity left.
You’re eating dead matter

Stop calling it genetic
