On the very day the Supreme Court handed Democrats a mail-in ballot win, a federal judge in Boston was doing more damage — striking down key parts of President Trump's executive order requiring proof of citizenship for absentee voting.
Judge Indira Talwani, an Obama appointee, ruled that the Constitution doesn't grant the president any specific power over elections — therefore his order requiring the Postal Service to verify ballots was beyond his authority. Democrat-controlled states had rushed to court claiming the order would 𝐜𝐨𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐬 or face the loss of mail-in voting access.

Checking whether ballots come from actual American citizens is now, by Obama-judge logic, an outrage. The Postal Service can deliver a ballot from anyone, anywhere, 𝐧𝐨 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐝 — and a federal judge in Boston just made sure it stays that way.
This is the judicial firewall protecting the left's election infrastructure from any accountability. Trump issues a commonsense order to verify citizenship. An Obama judge 𝐤!𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐞. The SAVE America Act would fix this legislatively — but five Senate Republicans are blocking it while both SCOTUS and federal courts chip away at election integrity.
