In 1919, a New York doctor became so frustrated watching patient after patient decline that he went looking for answers somewhere few physicians ever would: a museum.
His name was Dr. Blake Donaldson. His waiting room was full of people who were overweight, chronically ill, and failing to improve despite the best medical treatments available at the time. Running out of answers, he visited the American Museum of Natural History and asked the anthropologists a simple but unconventional question: What did healthy human beings eat before modern civilization changed everything?
Instead of handing him medical journals, they showed him ancient skulls.
The skulls belonged to people who had lived before agriculture. Their teeth were remarkably intact—no cavities, no crowding, no abscesses. Strong, healthy mouths from people who had never owned a toothbrush, visited a dentist, or eaten refined flour. The anthropologists also described the Plains Indians who thrived on buffalo and the traditional food called pemmican, a dense mixture of dried meat and rendered fat that could sustain a person through an entire northern winter.
Donaldson returned to his practice with a radically different approach.
He prescribed meat.
Not just any meat, but fatty meat. His typical plan called for about six ounces of lean meat with two ounces of visible fat, three times a day, usually beef or lamb, along with coffee and water. He removed what he believed were the biggest dietary offenders: refined flour, sugar, and sweet milk.
Then he watched.
According to Donaldson’s own reports, many of his patients began losing weight without feeling hungry because he encouraged them to eat enough food rather than restrict calories. Blood pressure often improved. Complaints ranging from gallstones and migraines to joint pain and digestive problems frequently eased. Over roughly four decades, he estimated that around 17,000 patients followed this approach, giving him what he believed was a lifetime of clinical experience rather than a passing dietary trend.
He published his observations in Strong Medicine in 1961.
The medical establishment was not impressed.
Critics dismissed the book as lacking scientific rigor. Others labeled Donaldson a food fad enthusiast and suggested he had abandoned sound nutritional principles. A physician pointing to decades of patient outcomes found himself brushed aside while nutrition increasingly moved toward the low-fat recommendations that would dominate the following decades.
Donaldson never claimed to be a miracle worker or a celebrity expert. He believed he was simply trying to imitate the eating patterns suggested by the archaeological evidence in front of him—evidence that had remained preserved for thousands of years.
More than sixty years later, Strong Medicine is still available. The museum skulls are still on display. And the dietary advice that replaced Donaldson’s ideas still appears on countless cereal boxes.

6:00 PM: 🇺🇸 President Donald Trump warned Spain: Return our military air bases, or we'll suspend our trade deal and withdraw 3,000 U.S. troops.
7:00 PM: 🇪🇸 Spain's Prime Minister replied: We won't return the bases, and we're not afraid of your threats. Even if you withdraw your troops, it won't change anything.
8:00 PM: 🇺🇸 Trump responded with a final warning: Return our air bases, or we'll push to remove Spain from NATO. Spain could face the toughest possible consequences.
THE COMING IMPLOSION
The pattern is undeniable. 🤔
Certain blue states and nations continue marching lockstep with the deep state central bank agenda
👉 pushing the green scam, open borders, and economic controls that prioritize globalist power over people.
Trump has been crystal clear: 👉 those who stay on this path will implode. They will become the ghettos of the future, drained of businesses, jobs, and hope as corporations and productive citizens flee to states embracing real sovereignty, cheap energy, and constitutional principles. 🤯🤯🤯
👉 We’re already seeing the exodus.
Red states are booming while blue strongholds bleed talent and capital.
The same dynamic is playing out in Canada and Europe. 🙄
👉 Trump’s America is decoupling from the old central bank playbook.
The results are visible: 👉 deportations are easing housing pressure, rental and home prices are correcting in overinflated markets, and the predicted bubble hasn’t materialized.
Instead, supply and demand are ...
