THE 5TH CIRCUIT SPEAKS
The 5th Circuit just issued a ruling that should have been obvious from the start. 🤔
👉 Illegal aliens do not possess a constitutional right to roam freely throughout the United States while their removal proceedings drag on.
That single decision cuts against years of activist judges and open-border policy that treated illegal presence as a protected status rather than a violation of federal law. 🤯🤯🤯
👉 Combine that ruling with what just happened in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Ethiopian migrant Tsegaab Ademassu Binessu, 30, walked into an apartment leasing office and executed three staff members — Nansi Fuentes-Zambrano, 25, Dena Silcox, 56, and Adam Wilwerding, 43 — over a dispute about a parking contract.
He told investigators he hated the American system, had spent seven years failing to bring his family from Ethiopia, and believed he was treated unfairly because he is Black and an immigrant.
Bail was set at $10 million. 👍
He remains in custody. 👏👏👏
Most major media treated the story as a local footnote. 🙄
👉 These two developments are not separate. They are connected by the same failed logic.
For years the public was told that once someone crosses the border illegally, they somehow acquire broad constitutional protections that allow them to move freely, work, and remain while the system slowly processes their case — or never processes it at all.
That fiction produced predictable results:
👉 crimes committed by people who never should have been here in the first place,
followed by media silence or careful framing that avoided the immigration status of the offender. 🤬
👉 The 5th Circuit ruling begins to restore the proper order.
Illegal entry is not a pathway to permanent presence. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
👉 It is a violation.
Removal proceedings are not an invitation to settle into American communities.
They are the process by which the government enforces its own laws. 👍
When courts start affirming that reality, the entire open-border apparatus loses one of its most useful legal shields. 👏👏👏
👉 Trump’s administration is already acting on this shift.
👉 Deportations are rising.
👉 High-value targets who were previously ignored are being located.
👉 The old posture of endless delay and release is being replaced by actual enforcement.
The St. Paul killings are a grim reminder of what happens when enforcement is treated as optional and illegal presence is treated as a right. 😤
👉 The pattern is clear.
👉 Crime follows policy.
👉 Silence follows crime.
And only consistent application of the law begins to break the cycle.
The 5th Circuit took one necessary step. ❤️
