From thousands of non-juror records in Philadelphia that his team hand-transcribed and cross-checked against the voter rolls, one pattern keeps repeating.
👉 One out of every four.
Twenty-five percent of those non-jurors appear to be alleged illegal alien voters. 🤯
👉 Let that sit for a second.
👉 This is not a rounding error.
👉 This is not a handful of clerical mistakes. ✋
This is a structural problem in one of the most important cities in one of the most important swing states in America.
Pennsylvania routinely decides elections by less than five points.
👉 Sometimes far less. 😬
When the margin is that thin, even a fraction of illegal ballots is enough to change the outcome. Twenty-five percent of a large non-juror pool is not a fraction. It is a potential weapon. 🤬
👉 Presler did not bury the data.
👉 He turned it over to the DOJ.
He also issued the only warning that matters:

It is the minimum requirement if this country still pretends to run clean elections.
👉 Voter ID.
👉 Citizenship verification.
👉 Clean rolls.
👉 One-day voting.
👉 Paper ballots that can actually be checked.
Anything less is an open invitation for the exact problem Presler just documented. 🚨 🚨 🚨
Blue-city election machines have spent years treating citizenship checks like an inconvenience. 🙄
👉 They have fought every serious attempt to verify who is on the rolls. Now the numbers are starting to surface in black and white, and the people who spent years calling concerns “racist” or “baseless” are suddenly very quiet. 🤔
👉 Twenty-five percent.
👉 In Philadelphia.
👉 In a state that decides national outcomes by the thinnest of margins.
This is why the RIDGE has repeated the same demand for years: 👉 clean the rolls or stop pretending the system is legitimate.
