Good morning.
Whatever you are waking up to today, whatever happened yesterday, whatever weight you carried to bed last night, remember this: God has given you another morning.
That means another beginning.
Maybe yesterday was a great day. Maybe it was a disaster. Maybe you said something you regret, made a decision you wish you could take back, lost your temper, gave in to temptation, or simply fell short of the person you know God is calling you to be.
You do not have to drag yesterday into today.
That is the incredible gift of grace.
Jesus Christ went to the cross carrying every sin, every failure, every shameful moment, and every regret we would ever have. He did not give His life so that we could spend ours chained to what has already been forgiven.
Confess it. Surrender it. Learn from it. Then let it go.
God's mercies are new every morning.
That does not mean every problem disappears when the sun comes up. The bills may still be there. The diagnosis may still be there. The difficult conversation may still be waiting. The grief may still hurt.
But you are not walking into any of it alone.
God is sufficient for today.
He will give you the grace you need for the moment you are in, the strength you need for the burden you are carrying, and the wisdom you need for the next step.
You do not need tomorrow's strength this morning. You need today's strength, and God promises to meet you there.
So get up.
Pray.
Thank Him for another sunrise.
Leave yesterday where it belongs, at the foot of the cross.
In Christ, you can walk into this morning renewed, forgiven, loved, and ready to begin again.
God has you.
Make today a good one.

For nearly seven decades, corporate giants exploited a massive regulatory blind spot to quietly lace the American food supply with untested and potentially toxic additives, completely bypassing mandatory safety reviews. The “Generally Recognized as Safe” (GRAS) loophole essentially allowed the food industry to police itself, keeping consumers entirely in the dark about the hidden chemicals lurking in their everyday groceries. This unchecked corporate freedom prioritized profit margins over public health, turning supermarket shelves into an unregulated science experiment that compromised families' well-being for 68 years.
This era of exploitation has finally come to an end with a historic shift in public health oversight. By completely closing the GRAS loophole, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has taken a monumental stand for transparency, consumer safety, and regulatory accountability. Stripping away this decades-old corporate shield ensures that chemical additives must ...
