SCOTUS BROKE THE BLOCK 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
They thought a single judge in Boston could freeze the midterms.
They were wrong. 🤭
Today the Supreme Court lifted the injunction that stopped President Trump from requiring mail-in ballot tracking and citizenship lists while the case moves forward.
👉 Six justices.
👉 Three dissented. 🙄 (Go Figure)
The delay game just took a hit it was not ready for. 🤭
👉 Read that again. ☝️☝️☝️
A federal judge had told the President of the United States he could not even begin compiling lists of eligible citizens or tightening how mailed ballots are tracked.
👉 Twenty-three mostly Democrat-run states and Washington, D.C. ran to court to keep the old system exactly where they liked it 👉 loose, slow, and hard to verify.
That is not “voting access.” ✋
👉 That is control of the counting room.
For years the same voices screamed that asking for a clean list of citizens was an attack on democracy.
👉 They treated ballot tracking like a conspiracy.
👉 They treated proof of eligibility like a dirty word.
Meanwhile they built a mail-in machine so large that nobody could tell, in real time, who requested a ballot, who received it, or whether the person who returned it was even supposed to vote.
👉 The Court did not decide the entire case today.
It did something more important. 🤔
👉 It said the President is no longer frozen in place while lawyers run out the clock until November. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
That is the part the activists hoped you would miss. 😒
👉 They do not need to win on the merits if they can stall long enough that the election happens under the old rules.
✅ That has been the playbook.
👉 File in a friendly district.
👉 Get a nationwide pause.
👉 Drag discovery.
Hope the calendar does the rest. 🤞
✅ Today that playbook cracked.
Citizenship lists are not oppression. 🚫
They are the bare minimum of a country that still pretends it has a border and a voter roll.
Ballot tracking is not suppression. 🚫
It is the same accountability you would demand if someone mailed you a check for ten thousand dollars.
👉 You would want to know it left.
👉 You would want to know it arrived.
👉 You would want to know who cashed it.
Elections are worth more than a check. 😳
The people fighting this are not fighting “confusion.”
✅ They are fighting visibility.
👉 Visibility is the enemy of a bloated mail system.
👉 Visibility is the enemy of dead names, duplicate names, and ballots that wander for days with no chain of custody anyone can defend in public.
The RIDGE has said it for months.
👉 If the rolls are clean, they should not be afraid of a list.
👉 If the mail ballots are honest, they should not be afraid of a tracker.
They were afraid of both. 🙄
Now the door that was locked in June is open again.
👉 Not forever.
👉 Not without another lawsuit.
👉 But open.
That is how you steal time from a republic 👉 one injunction at a time.
