👉 Seven hundred lines 👉 appliances, dairy, paper, clothes, seafood — starting September 8.
Mark Carney said the part that should have ended the speech: 👉 it will raise costs and reduce choice for Canadians.
Then he called it standing up.
✅ Who’s kidding who? 🚫
You do not land a blow on Washington by marking up a washer in Mississauga. 🙄
✅ You land it on your own aisle.
Here is the book they will not hold up to the camera.
👉 About seven in ten Canadian goods exports still go to the United States.
In autos it is worse.
👉 Roughly ninety percent of the cars Canada builds for export roll into American driveways.
👉 Oil.
👉 Wood.
👉 Aluminum.
👉 Parts.
Same customer. Same gravity.
✅ America can lose a slice of a giant ledger and keep breathing.
Canada cannot lose the buyer and call the loss “sovereignty.” 🚫
“Masters of our own home” is a fine line.
Masters who just taxed the kitchen. 😒
Who’s kidding who? 🤭

That is not a conspiracy.

Dignity would be admitting leverage and using it at the table. 👍
Dignity is not fifty percent on American foil so a capital can feel tall while Canadian shelves take the hit first. 🚫

Watch what rides in with the tariffs. 👀👀👀

👉 Interest-free loans.
Tax the bruise, subsidize the bruise, hold another briefing about courage. 🤭
👉 That is not a war plan.
That is a government paying itself to stay offended. 👀
