SANCTIONS ON IRANIAN AIRLINES AND NO MORE ACCESS TO THE THE US FINANCIAL SYSTEM !!!

Think of all the dirty politicians and banks aiding Iran's IRGC and those that funded them along with laundered money!!! No more money or moving money for Obama, Soros and others that have funded and started terrorist groups from Iran!!!

SANCTIONS - WHAT THEY DO!

• Any assets those companies have in the U.S. (or that a U.S. person controls) are frozen.
• U.S. people and companies generally cannot do business with them.
• Foreign companies that keep helping these airlines risk being cut off from the U.S. financial system too (secondary sanctions).

The U.S. Treasury just sanctioned Iran’s remaining commercial airlines and a bunch of companies that help them fly, buy planes, or move cargo.

What happened
On September 8, 2026, the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) designated 27 Iranian airlines plus several foreign companies that support them. The action is part of Operation Economic Outcast, a broader campaign to cut off money and resources that the Iranian government and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) use.
Treasury also:

• Suspended some existing permissions that let planes overfly Iran or let non-U.S. airlines fly U.S.-made aircraft into Iran.
• Issued a FinCEN alert telling banks to watch for (and report) transactions that look like they’re helping Iran buy planes or aircraft parts.

Why they’re doing this
The U.S. says Iranian airlines—especially the already-sanctioned Mahan Air—are used to:

Move weapons and military personnel
Transport illicit cargo
Help the IRGC and related groups

Iran has also used front companies in other countries (UAE, Turkey, Oman, etc.) to secretly obtain U.S.-origin aircraft, including several Boeing 777s that were recently transferred to Mahan Air.
Who got hit

27 Iranian airlines (Air Shiraz, Iran Aseman, Qeshm Air, Zagros Airlines, and many smaller ones). These are now all under the same kind of sanctions that already applied to Mahan Air.
Companies that helped move or operate those Boeing 777s, including firms in the UAE and Turkey.
Cargo handlers and “general sales agents” (companies that book freight and tickets for an airline) in Turkey, Malaysia, and Kazakhstan that worked with Mahan Air.

What the sanctions actually do

• Any assets those companies have in the U.S. (or that a U.S. person controls) are frozen.
• U.S. people and companies generally cannot do business with them.
• Foreign companies that keep helping these airlines risk being cut off from the U.S. financial system too (secondary sanctions).

In short: the U.S. is trying to make it much harder for Iranian airlines to operate internationally, buy Western aircraft or parts, or use the global banking system. The official message is that anyone still working with those airlines is now on notice.
