What happened to our flag here in the last 25 years?
25 years ago every kid had a flag tee and nobody thought twice about it. Now you think twice before you wear it — will someone at the store say something? Will someone give your kid a hard time at school for it? You can wear any sports team, any brand, even another country's flag and it's "fashion." You wear Old Glory and suddenly it's "political."
What happened?
Schools stopped teaching love of country. 26 years ago we taught American history as flawed but great. Now it's taught as something to apologize for. Kids graduate knowing every bad thing we ever did and nothing about why people risked their lives to get here.
Media flipped the script. After 9/11 everyone had a flag. Then slowly the flag became a symbol they use to divide us — if you fly it, you must be "that side." It was never supposed to belong to a party. It belonged to all of us.
Globalism over Americanism. For 25 years we were told being patriotic was backward. Be a "citizen of the world." So we shipped the factories out, let China make our flags, and then wondered why the country lost its heart when it lost its jobs.
The loudest voices win. Most people still love this country. Quietly. They mow the lawn, they put the little flag out on the 4th. But the people who hate it are LOUD on TV and on college campuses, so kids think that's the majority.
It went from "I'm proud to be American" being normal, to being something you have to be brave to say out loud.
And while we were arguing about FEELINGS and whether it's okay to love this country, China was executing a PLAN.
WHERE IT STARTED: It started with Clinton and free trade. NAFTA signed 1993, China PNTR 2000. Promise was 1 million jobs. Result: trade deficit tripled, 60,000 factories closed after 2001, up to 2 million manufacturing jobs lost. We sent China the jobs and the dollars — they used both to buy our ports, farmland, and influence.
PANAMA CANAL: We built it 1904-1914, 5,600 Americans died. Carter gave it away in 1977, Panama took over in 1999. Then Panama gave both entrance ports — Balboa and Cristobal — to China's CK Hutchison for 28 years. In Feb 2026 Panama's Supreme Court canceled that deal and seized the ports. Now Maersk runs Balboa and MSC runs Cristobal on temporary contracts.
GULF OF AMERICA: Renamed Jan 20, 2025. U.S. has 1,700 miles of shoreline, 50% of our oil & gas, and 76% of canal cargo is U.S.-bound. China is buying ports around the Gulf in Mexico, Cuba, and Bahamas. The name change and taking the canal ports back sends one message: this is OUR hemisphere, not China's.
"The US invaded Venezuela" — No. We stopped China and Russia from invading it first. Venezuela owes China $60 BILLION. China runs their oil, their ports, their telecom. Russia arms them. If we do nothing, Venezuela becomes a Chinese naval base 1,400 miles from Florida.
"Economic war against Canada" — We finally fought BACK. Canada charges 270% on our dairy, bans our lumber, tariffs our steel — while we pay for NORAD and guard their Arctic. That's not a war, that's reciprocity.
"Threatened Mexico" — Mexico is sovereign, but cartels run it with Chinese fentanyl precursors shipped through Chinese-operated ports like Lazaro Cardenas. 70,000 Americans dead a year. Sovereignty is already gone.
"Threatened Greenland" — We PROTECT Greenland. Denmark has 17,000 troops. We have 11 carrier groups and Pituffik Space Base on Greenland's west coast. Greenland sits on the rare earth we need to stop China. If we don't secure it, China will.
"Weapons for Israel / Cuba" — Who funds the other side? Iran — backed by China and Russia. And who is building spy bases in Cuba, 90 miles from Florida? China. Again.
AND THEY ARE ALREADY HERE — INSIDE THE US
Congressman Eric Swalwell was literally dating a Chinese spy — Christine Fang, aka Fang Fang — FBI briefed it. He put her on his campaign payroll and she was sleeping her way into our politics to get access to intelligence. And he's still on the Intelligence Committee.
Chinese "researchers" caught stealing biologics, seeds, virus samples at airports. They took over our colleges — 300,000+ students, Confucius Institutes, professors on secret Chinese payroll stealing research WE paid for. They bought 400,000 acres of farmland next to our military bases. Biden allowed them to fly balloons all over our missile silos. They hack our phones, our grid, our water. 60 Minutes: did an episode called Volt Typhoon Chinese hacked 200 U.S. water and electric utilities. To pre-position to shut them off. WHO LET THIS HAPPEN? THE DEMS DID.
Clinton gave China Most Favored Nation and put them in the WTO. Obama and Biden let the spies flood our campuses. And Obama flew $1.7 BILLION in cash, on pallets, in the middle of the night to Iran — the world's #1 sponsor of terror — who funds Hamas and Hezbollah. Untraceable cash.
AND THEN THEY OPENED THE BORDERS.
Obama started it with DACA and catch-and-release, Biden blew it wide open. 10 to 12 million illegals crossed under Biden, plus gotaways we never counted. They flew them in on secret flights in the middle of the night, gave them phones, hotels, and debit cards while veterans slept on the street. And what happened to safety? Laken Riley, Rachel Morin, Jocelyn Nungaray — murdered by illegals who should have never been here. Venezuelan gangs like Tren de Aragua taking over apartments in Aurora, Colorado and New York. Fentanyl pouring across killing our kids. Every town is now a border town. They changed our safety forever and called you racist for noticing.

Thank you for seeing what Clinton, Obama and Biden refused to see. Thank you for putting Americans FIRST again. Thank you for bringing the factories home, for taking our canal ports back, for renaming the Gulf of America, for securing Greenland, for standing up to China and Mexico and Canada when no one else would and for closing the border.
You made it okay to fly the flag again. You made love of country normal again.
