THE POOR MAN'S CHELATION.
Heavy metals (Mercury from dental fillings/fish, Lead from old paint/pipes, Aluminum from cans) love fat. Your brain is 60% fat. So, metals hide in your brain. Once they are there, they cause brain fog, anxiety, and neurodegeneration. Most detoxes don't touch them.
Enter Cilantro (Coriander Leaf): Dr. Yoshiaki Omura discovered by accident that patients eating Vietnamese soup (rich in cilantro) excreted massive amounts of mercury in their urine. Cilantro is a Mobilizer. It changes the electric charge of intracellular deposits, releasing the metal from the cell.
The Danger (And the Solution): If you eat only cilantro, you mobilize the metal, but you don't excrete it. It just circulates and settles elsewhere (Retoxification). You feel terrible (headaches, nausea). You need a Binder. Chlorella (a green algae) is the perfect partner. Cilantro pulls the metal out of the hiding spot. Chlorella catches it in the gut and carries it out in your poop.
