🚀 ELON MUSK GETS HANDS-ON AT SPACEX!
Elon Musk says he personally visits SpaceX’s data centers 2–5 times per day — and doesn't just observe from the sidelines!
He reveals that he gets involved in the actual work, from pulling extremely heavy power cables the size of an anaconda to installing fiber-optic cabling, working with electrical switches, and developing power-management software.
His philosophy? He wants to understand the challenges faced by the people doing the work, rather than becoming disconnected from their day-to-day struggles.
💬 “I try to do at least a little bit of everything so I’m not numb to the pain of the people actually doing the work.”
A hands-on leadership approach — even at the highest levels of one of the world's most ambitious technology companies!
🔥 Leadership isn't just about giving instructions. Sometimes it's about getting your hands dirty.
