Did China EVER want to rule the world?
500 years ago, China had the world's most technologically advanced fleet of ships.
They could easily have begun a campaign of world conquest.
But after doing a little bit of exploring, they decided to burn the fleet and ignore the "barbarians" who live outside of China.
Who wants the hassle of ruling all the people in the world?
It's pretty much only the psychopath world supremacists who have this genetic predisposition to be driven to want to conquer the world.
