Did you know the clothes you wear may be influencing your energy and vibration—far beyond just style and comfort?
This chart blew my mind…
It turns out that natural fibers like linen, wool, and hemp vibrate at significantly higher frequencies—up to 5,000 Hz—compared to synthetic fabrics like polyester or nylon, which barely register above 40 Hz.
We often talk about food, water, and environment impacting our energy… but what about our clothing?
We literally wrap our bodies in these frequencies every single day.
Here’s what I’m now paying more attention to:
• Linen and wool = 5,000 Hz (That’s the frequency of healing and vitality)
• Hemp and ramie = 2,000 Hz
• Meanwhile, polyester = 10–40 Hz, nylon = 15–30 Hz…
When you choose what to wear each day, you’re not just choosing fashion—you’re choosing energy.
Your fabric is either lifting you up or dragging you down.
