You have been told that the brain "needs" sugar to function.
You have been told that glucose is the "preferred" fuel of life.
Let’s look at the Blueprint.
Consider the Egg.
An egg is a biological miracle. It is a closed system.
Inside that shell is everything required to build a living creature from scratch.
It contains the raw materials to build a brain, a heart, a nervous system, eyes, and bones.
What is inside?
•Fat: Yes. (The primary fuel source).
•Protein: Yes. (The structural building blocks).
•Cholesterol: Yes. (Vital for hormones and cell membranes).
What is NOT inside?
Sugar.
There are virtually zero carbohydrates in an egg.
If sugar were "essential" for life, Nature would have packed the egg with glucose.
She didn’t.
She packed it with Fat.
The developing embryo does not run on sugar. It runs on fat.
It manufactures the tiny amount of glucose it needs from protein (gluconeogenesis).
Nature does not make mistakes.
The Food Pyramid is a mistake.
Your "need" for carbs is a mistake.
But the Egg? The Egg is the truth.
Life begins with Fat.
Sickness begins with Sugar.
